- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Australia or Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

[Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy] 1. Requests for cancellation, returns, or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to be processed.
2. For exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping cost (6,000 won). Please contact the customer centre.
3. If product defects or misdelivery lead to exchanges/returns, LEMANGO will cover 100% of the shipping costs. Please contact the customer centre.
4. For exchanges, once the product is collected, its condition will be inspected before the exchange product is dispatched.
5. Please understand that some items may become out of stock.
6. Even if there is a product defect, exchanges or returns are not possible if the product has been tried on or used.

6. If the customer information is not included in the returned product.
