[Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy]
1. Requests for cancellation, returns, or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to be processed.
2. For exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping cost (6,000 won). Please contact the customer centre.
3. If product defects or misdelivery lead to exchanges/returns, LEMANGO will cover 100% of the shipping costs. Please contact the customer centre.
4. For exchanges, once the product is collected, its condition will be inspected before the exchange product is dispatched.
5. Please understand that some items may become out of stock.
6. Even if there is a product defect, exchanges or returns are not possible if the product has been tried on or used.

2. If the product is damaged or contaminated due to the customer's fault.
3. If the packaging has been opened or damaged to the extent that the product's value has significantly decreased.

5. If the handling precautions and washing instructions have not been followed.
6. If the customer information is not included in the returned product.
